29th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for.
One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings

22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Laura and the team were brilliant. I was beginning to lose hope of moving until I listed with Peter Alan. Within 1 day of going live I'd had a viewing and an offer.
It's a dauntung process when selling and buying a property, but the team were able to guide me through and have always been very helpful.
28th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

30th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)M2 were always very responsive when I needed anything and I felt very looked after for both the sale and purchase of a home. They felt honest, didn't play any games, and understood that moving home is stressful and didn't add any more stress than necessary. I was also impressed that they didn't pester or harass, like I've seen other agents do. I would definitely recommend.

4th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Number One Estate Agents are in our opinion the best! They were recommended to us by a family member and we received a discount because of this. Jessica handled our sale, she discussed everything thoroughly with us beforehand and listened to how we wanted the house to be marketed. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She and the team responded promptly to all of our queries and were easy to contact via WhatsApp throughout the process. The house sold on the first viewing, which was down to the professional photographs and comprehensive marketing. Jessica negotiated the price with our buyers to ensure we achieved our asking price. We cannot thank them enough.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. 9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market.
From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this.
Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it.
All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine.
Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage.
On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent.
To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings.
I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them.
The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout.
I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
