It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Adele has at all times been polite and professional and allowed us to view the property we were interested in numerous times answering any questions and providing excellent advice as we proceeded to buy. She kept us informed of developments and provided a personal touch and we felt very confident in dealing with her.

They took my AML check fees and kept me waiting for two months, only to tell me that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property.<br><br>The whole process was a complete waste of my time and money. Communication was poor throughout, and I was left chasing for updates instead of being kept informed.<br><br>My experience with the agent, Paige, at the 16 Packers Street was especially disappointing. The level of service and professionalism fell far below my expectations.<br><br>I would not recommend this estate agency based on my experience.
