18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. Having sold two previous properties with them and always receiving great advice, they were my immediate go-to when we decided to sell a rental property we have had for a number of years. They are always happy to help with any enquiries and provide valuable advice. Michael, a local guy from Ramsbottom, has excellent local area knowledge. Thank you to Lauren for conducting the viewings and handling my calls and emails. Would highly recommend! to anyone thinking of selling.
