From the very beginning of our house purchase Libby has been absolutely brilliant — incredibly helpful, responsive, patient and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout what has been quite an emotional rollercoaster of a house purchase!<br><br>Libby has gone above and beyond to keep us informed, answer all our questions and help us navigate the ups and downs of the process. She has always made us feel like she genuinely cares about helping us find the right home for our family, rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>We also wanted to say a big thank you to David, who has been absolutely fantastic. He has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to the mortgage side of things. If you need someone who knows their numbers, David is definitely your man!<br><br>My husband works awkward shifts as a paramedic, so we naturally thought it might be difficult to arrange appointments, but David was incredibly flexible and more than happy to work around our schedule and go an extra mile.    This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale....    We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects.    I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress.    I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier.
