The process was not straightforward but when things got challenging they rallied and all worked tirelessly to make sure we got our sale and our purchase over the line. They kept in contact throughout and I can't thank them enough. Such a personal service, I would really recommend them.

19th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Amazing, Attentive, A Class. I had spent months dealing with different letting agent looking for a property, if only I had come to Anthony's sooner. From the day I called to view, it was 15 days and I was in the property. I was guided through the referencing with real support and actually enjoyed the whole process thanks to Tony. Outstanding service and i have complete peace of mind knowing the type of person who is responsible for managing my tenancy/property. I'm sure my landlady feels exactly the same. Thank you so much, highly recommend.

Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches. We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year. We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them. I shall miss the frequent, friendly contact!

24th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

Sam is so knowledgeable and experienced; he was very reassuring throughout the process and kept in regular contact. I highly recommend Everett Homes!- 23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.
10th Oct 2025 (25 weeks ago)Really bad experience. They completely misrepresented the property we were purchasing, saying that "all let's and pets" permitted. Turned out that neither was true, and even when we initially queried it following a response from our solicitor was assured that deeds of variation were in place to allow both. Untrue. When we withdrew from the sale and wrote a letter of complaint to them, they didn't even bother to respond. Avoid
20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently purchased a house listed through Lodestone, Martina was always quick to respond to our queries and was brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop during the final stages of the process. She really helped push everything through which was really appreciated. It was also really handy that they are based in Bruton. Would definitely consider using them in the future, although we won't want to think about selling anytime soon!

17th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Pettengells New Milton who succeeded where others had failed. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.
27th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)Ben at Hambledon Estate Agents went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We hit a few obstacles along the way (just lots of bad luck) and Ben went out of his way to help, offer advice and do whatever he could to get us back on track and make sure things went smoothly. He’s always been kind, professional and friendly on the phone and in person. My Mother was unable to leave the property during viewings and he always looked after her welfare when anyone was in the property for viewings. Making sure she knew what was going on and that she was ok. If you are looking for a knowledgeable estate agent, who is also caring and professional then I can highly recommend Hambledon in Shaftesbury. More than happy with the service we received.

17th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)You hear all sorts of horror stories from landlords about letting agents. Not so with Winkworth... They have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with since taking on my property. They do what they say for the price they quote and there are no hidden extras. I get my rent paid into my account on the day... no delays. They have an amazing PayProp Owner app which lists every payment and more, and makes doing my end of year tax a dream!! That's just the company... The staff are just great too. Luke Wrixon is my personal contact and he just manages everything, so I don't have to. His response to any questions is polite, prompt and always helpful. He does regular proprty checks and any maintenance or repairs are verified and quoted in advance of contacting me so I can make an instant decision. I'm really happy to be able to say I'm 100% happy with the service I get from Winkworth and I can recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable letting agent.
