Sarah helped me move into my new property quickly as I was moving to start a new job and she was very flexible with helping me move in. Adam was fantastic in helping resolve a dispute. I would highly recommend this estage agent, lovely staff who are very efficient and customer-centered.

21st Jun 2024 (11 mo. ago)Having made an absolutely seamless purchase of my new bungalow guided and aided by Kirsty McCormick who was so professional from our first phone call to the last call saying everything had completed. Communication was first class Kirsty was plain speaking with her explaining Scottish property law to us as with most law related things 50 words where a few will explain the situation as good and that is what Kirsty did on a number of occasions. A complete pleasure to deal with Kirsty thank you.

As a female business owner, it’s refreshing to finally experience a professional, respectful, and genuinely supportive service. Megan was incredibly helpful, communicative, and efficient throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand our needs and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Because of her, we’re looking forward to a long-term relationship with Savills. Highly recommend!

6th May 2025 (16 days ago)They were not pleased that I did not accept an offer from an associate of theirs at home report valuation considerably less than market value. Half way through the marketing process, they withdrew and said they were not prepared to act for me. Considering reporting them to Law Society

Very helpful volunteer at the main office and I believe that boat trips to the castle are available when volunteers are available. Sadly not when we visited but that didn’t spoil our enjoyment

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
