8th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)No one could have worked harder to get our sale through! Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination. Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell. Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity. Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!
28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)From my own research and reading reviews etc Peter Lane was going to be my preferred choice of Agent, then after a chance conversation with a neighbour they explained that they were moving house that Peter Lane had sold their property ( No board) I met with Gavin to discuss my sale and my particular circumstance as I dog owner and with a disability I foresaw that viewings might have some challenges, Gavin was fabulous from the offset and we developed a plan with him and his team in mind. The plan worked to the letter and I’d like to think that it was as seamless for the viewers as it was for me, Gavin’s team are a stellar cast and personable, knowledgeable and just so practical and wise. I’ve been kept informed throughout I’ve chosen the best style of communication for me and nothing has been too much trouble or inconvenience. Selling a house requires you to put yourself in a position of trust with the agent and I can honestly say the whole team have completely fulfilled their end of that agreement with bells on lol ?????? I cannot fault them or give areas for improvement.

All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.

3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)The Trials and Tribulations of buying a house ! ?????? Like all house buying, it started with a viewing. Paul came to Sudbury from Ipswich and showed us around the property. It had laid empty for around 3 years, probate and a couple of false " start stops" with various interested parties had left the sellers baffled as to why it hadn't sold. Paul was straight talking and showed the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, which really didn't phase us, I am fortunate to have some friends in the building trade and they provide some helpful guidance. It then got to the finger pointing, bun fighting, and at times comical and childish behaviour of the solicitors. I do trust that at some point in time AI replaces these butt wipes and makes it an easier transaction for house buyers / sellers. In the mean time Paul (Countywide) did a good job of pushing and pulling information to and fro and by some miracle we exchanged contracts and completed the sale in around 6 months. So thanks to Paul and the team at Countywide Estate agents, we ended up with the house of our dreams, a little weary and stressed, and in agreement this is it, we are NEVER moving again.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
