Taking away all the stress and admin of finding the perfect tenants, dealing with check ins, check outs and inspections it’s been a pleasure having them act on my behalf, and any property issues have always been flagged to me quickly and dealt with appropriately, always checking with me to ensure I’m happy.

31st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.
20th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.

14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

30th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)The agents were great. They knew about the market and were able to give advice on whether I needed to update my property after feedback from potential buyers. The particulars looked professional too.
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

19th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.
9th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I highly recommend using your move Harleston, to anyone buying or selling a property. From start to finish, the team were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
