8th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. The business is often generous towards clients, whether purchasers or renters. Family run organisation so there is a personal touch. I have been a client with them for over 20 years and recommend them unreservedly.

Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

8th Mar 2019 (7 years ago)Awful and a complete waste of time, we were running slightly late because of really bad traffic so had pushed our viewing back to 5pm and arrived at the property a few minutes before hand, we went to see if someone was in the property but no answer so called the agent back to which they said "we waited till 5 but we're now back at the office so we'd have to rearrange" I was curious as I said to the agent it's actually 5pm now so how did someone stick around till 5? They then hung up ..... Safe to say I feel bad for whoever is selling that property as this is horrific service. I'm not best pleased that it took us 45 mins to get there to be let down. I will not be wasting my time with that company again

Drove 1 and a half hour all the way from to Lincoln to Derby, only to be told that landlord forgot about the viewing and is away with the keys so property is locked. Ridiculous service. Highly unprofessional. The guy wanted to show me the lifts and communal area which is a joke!

They did a cracking job helping us sell our house and even helped us out with the purchase side of things which we werent expecting. Cant fault them at all they kept us in the loop all the way through which made a massive difference, buying and selling is stressful enough as it is! Really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If we ever move again we'll definitely be going back to them. Cheers guys, would highly recommend.

As a first time buyer she was really supportive and gave great guidance throughout. She was flexible and active when answering inquiries and made the whole process run as smoothly as it could.
