4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I had a terrible experience with this estate agent. From the start, they were misleading and untrustworthy. They expected me to secure a mortgage within 20 days, even though banks typically take 1 to 3 months on average. When I viewed the property, I noticed construction work nearby. I called to ask what was being built, and the sales manager claimed they had no information. Later, my solicitor discovered that the vendor was actually retaining part of the land, leaving only a small garden—something the agent failed to disclose. To make matters worse, she wants to put the property back to market agent accused me of money laundering, despite my having a clear financial record and paying taxes on every penny I earn. When I challenged this false claim, she abruptly ended the call, said she didn’t trust my bank, and immediately put the property back on the market—without informing the vendor. I had already spent money on a solicitor, valuation, and mortgage broker fees, which I wouldn’t have gotten back if the agent had secured another buyer. Fortunately, I informed my solicitor, who contacted the vendor’s solicitor. It turned out the vendor had no idea the property was relisted, and they assured us that no other viewings would be allowed. This experience was stressful and costly. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this estate agent.

She was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication was always clear and prompt, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

They were always responsive and helpful, and any questions or issues were handled quickly and professionally. It made the whole process of renting our space stress-free. Highly recommend!
5th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)My house has been o the market for more than 40 weeks. I have had no one come to see the property except a random couple who knocked on my door and asked if they could look at my house. I have now withdrawn the house from the market
31st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

5th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent (buyer). Jamie and Chloe both worked really hard and efficiently in both their communication and expertise. I was kept fully updated at all times and was supported through the entire process both pre and after sales. When I come to sell my property, I won’t be looking elsewhere.

Managing commercial tenants while dealing with personal loss felt overwhelming, but they stepped in with absolute grace, kindness, and sensitivity. Simon Marlow took the heavy burden off our shoulders and handled every tenant issue with total professionalism.<br><br>On top of that, they are always on hand whenever we need them—no question is too small and no problem is too big. If you need a trustworthy, deeply compassionate, and reliable commercial property team, look no further.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.
