18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????
13th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Roz at John German was fantastic in helping to sell our house. The process to get the house on the market was very quick and simple. Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

3rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I have found Cadley Caldwell staff very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed of viewings and are willing to answer queries and discuss options. Their advice re sale price was much more realistic than other agents.
8th Mar 2019 (7 years ago)Awful and a complete waste of time, we were running slightly late because of really bad traffic so had pushed our viewing back to 5pm and arrived at the property a few minutes before hand, we went to see if someone was in the property but no answer so called the agent back to which they said "we waited till 5 but we're now back at the office so we'd have to rearrange" I was curious as I said to the agent it's actually 5pm now so how did someone stick around till 5? They then hung up ..... Safe to say I feel bad for whoever is selling that property as this is horrific service. I'm not best pleased that it took us 45 mins to get there to be let down. I will not be wasting my time with that company again

As a first time buyer she was really supportive and gave great guidance throughout. She was flexible and active when answering inquiries and made the whole process run as smoothly as it could. I highly recommend Tracey if you choose her you are in safe hands.

9th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I got the impression this estate agent puts your details on rightmove and then forgets about you until someone enquires about it. Communication is non-existent, had to chase them about getting feedback from each viewing. Initial meetings were great, but as soon as the house was put on the market, the communication stopped.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and shewas constantly chasing things behind the scenes tokeep everything progressing. It made a stressful process much easier. Would definitely recommend.
