25th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)From valuation to completion, Keywest have been great. We were really happy with howBruce conducted the valuation of the property and his enthusiasm for our our house. He was great on the viewings too. Preena kept in regular contact throughout the whole sales process and was always on the end of the phone/email if needed, responding quickly too.

18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????
14th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What an absolute brilliant team. Marc was there to show me round the property. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

Their team were professional but also very approachable, which made communication easy from the beginning. They listened carefully, responded promptly, and handled the process with good organisation. I particularly appreciated their straightforward way of working and the effort they made to keep everything on track. I would gladly recommend their services.

They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and offering clear guidance along the way. Their attention to detail and strong knowledge of the market really stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. I highly recommend Lotus Residential to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property service—truly a five-star experience!- 17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.

9th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I got the impression this estate agent puts your details on rightmove and then forgets about you until someone enquires about it. Communication is non-existent, had to chase them about getting feedback from each viewing. Initial meetings were great, but as soon as the house was put on the market, the communication stopped.
23rd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Absolutely first class, nothing is to much trouble. Kelly has so much patient . She gave us a honest valuation and sold our house in about a week. If you are buying or selling your property speak with Kelly or Amy it will be the best start to your journey. They are dedicated professionals and polite easy talking and explaining every thing always there to help you. Many thanks to you all at J28
