We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. He carried out our valuation, talked us through the whole process, and timed our house going on the market perfectly. He also made sure it was presented in the best possible way. On top of that, he managed to get us in to view a property just before it officially went live – and that turned out to be our dream home. We completed and moved in yesterday! A huge thank you also to Emily, who was brilliant on completion day, helping coordinate both our sale and purchase. We purchased a house from Beresford Adams and quite honestly from the moment the monies changed hands they were pretty useless. We had to wait around to receive only one key to our property for over an hour as the transfer of keys had not been organised at all unlike our estate agent on the other end of our chain who ensured this went smoothly. We were misled about items we paid extra for the vendor was to leave and when queried after sale along with the two showers in the house leaking through the ceilings the estate agent didnt want to know. Aftercare obviously not included after they receive their commission. Disappointing experience.... Read more

Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service...
