4th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Outstanding Service from Churchill Estate – Highly Recommended I recently bought my home through Churchill Estate, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, helpful, and always kept me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Abdul and Janet, who were my main points of contact. They were both friendly, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small. Abdul was especially supportive and clear in explaining every step, while Janet was always quick to respond and very reassuring during what can be a stressful process. Thanks to their guidance and dedication, everything went smoothly and on time. I’m truly grateful for all their help and can’t recommend Churchill Estate highly enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, this is the team you want on your side.
5th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Disappointing experience. We unfortunately entered the market just as the economy was crashing into recession. However we chose Churchill because of their long standing local presence and thought they would provide an excellent service. We found them old fashioned and disjointed e.g. no 360 degrees online presentation of our house, we had to point out out that the published photos were originally missing a room, they was a complete lack of diversity in their agents (of which we had to deal with 3 different men although the area manager had said we would only be dealing with him) the different agents didn’t appear to have pre-read the information we had provided about our house before the viewings and there was a general lack of ongoing communication. In the end we only had two viewings before we ended the contract after 4 weeks.
24th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I had a disappointing experience dealing with this agency regarding a commercial unit at The Embassy in Waltham Cross. We entered into active negotiations, made a formal offer, and progressed discussions in good faith, only to be informed mid-process that the unit had already been let to someone else. This was done without any clear communication or opportunity to proceed, despite being in ongoing discussions. It reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism in how the process was handled. Following this, we were offered an alternative unit at a higher asking price, which did not reflect the condition of the space (shell condition requiring full fit-out). Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not respectful of the time and effort invested during the negotiation process. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
16th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.
17th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

The whole team were excellent, they were all very friendly and professional, and they sold my house in record time. 27th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I came into contact with Yvonne originally a few years ago when she was the agent for a house I was looking at. She was very different from a lot of the estate agents we came into contact with at the time. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. Yvonne knew the answers to all of our questions. You could tell she enjoyed her job and wanted to do the best for her client. When we were ready to sell our house we got in touch with Yvonne as we knew she was the best person for us. We made the best choice! From start to finish Yvonne was the only person on the estate agent side of things. Yvonne valued the property, took photos, wrote the description and held the viewings. Having one person throughout the process meant that we always knew who to speak to. We knew that information wasn't getting lost between multiple people. Every step of the way Yvonne kept us informed and helped so much with the sales progression. Yvonne was the best part of a very stressful situation, she answered our questions at every stage and was often the voice of reason. We spoke via WhatsApp so it was very easy to get in contact with Yvonne when we needed to. No waiting for a call back or leaving messages on voicemail. I whole heartedly recommend Yvonne as an estate agent!

The overall service was disorganised and unreliable, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

12th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I mainly dealt with mArie when I was selling my property. She was on time for appointments and kept me informed and up to date. It did take a while to eventually sell the property, this was probably due to interest rates and the property being bespoke
