I cannot thank Waseem enough for his honesty, professionalism, and outstanding support.<br><br>When we reported an emergency issue, Waseem was absolutely amazing. He acted on it immediately and showed genuine compassion and understanding towards the situation, which was especially important as my father is elderly.<br><br>His quick response, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference during a stressful time. 2nd Aug 2019 (7 years ago)I’ve dealt with a fair few agents in my time in the process of developing properties. Called this branch to get more info on a property for sale and was met with the most unhelpful, uninterested person on the end of the phone full of snarky comments. I’d be livid if a firm treated one of my perspective buyers like that, so I guess it’s no surprise the property ended up reduced. Word of caution to anyone looking to sell, much more enthusiastic/accessible agents around. Also find it quite suspicious how the positive reviews are from accounts set up specifically to review this firm...fraud much?
