25th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)What a disgusting service. We went in their SWF office, looking for a 2 bed property to rent. The lady in there gave us a load of useless waffle, then told us the property we wanted had already gone. She promised to let us know is anything else became available. A week later we saw that the property was still available, but no one had bothered to let us know. We rang them and got a viewing. An hour before our viewing County Estates called us and said the property was gone. She told us that it was first come first served, although no one told us that. What a joke company, with no communication skills. Avoid them like the plague.

13th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)James Caffrey looked after my recent sale. I cannot praise him more highly. He worked so hard helping me - even on a Sunday. I couldn’t have had a more capable, long suffering person advising me and guiding through the sale. He was superb.

4th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)I found Lloyds Residential excellent in dealing with the sale of my property. Considering the drop in house prices at the moment they managed to sell my house for a reasonable amount.
