21st Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)Andrew , Patrick and Ian and colleagues at Hamilton & Stiller were supportive throughout the process from advertising our property, updated us after viewings and gave us advise regarding sale price , negotiations when selling. The photos of our house were exceptional and the photographer did a drone photo of our property and garden which we have kept. Would highly recommend this team in Ross-On-Wye branch. Great teamwork, consistent communication and support thank you.

14th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)Disappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.

(1 reviews)17th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

My housemate and I have just moved into our first house after uni and the team at Allen and Harris have provided a most excellent service. They found the perfect property based on the parameters we gave and the whole process after that point was so smooth thanks to all of their help. They have answered every query, concern and question we have a had in a timely and holistic manner. All of this plus service with a smile , I am extremely greatful to all the team and truly could not give higher praise or reccomendation.

21st Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Many thousands in debt which should be paid off but you kept the rent going and also claimed rent from another tenant. Poor service and houses in terrible condition. Worst service ever. In still waiting for a reply about the arrears. Getting rent of two tenants for over a year !!! And the money owed was because of damage made when I was away.
1st Apr 2024 (17 weeks ago)Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.

Daisy went over and above to help us practically and to offer advice every step of the way. We have already recommended Tudball to a friend who is now selling her house with them - we can’t recommend them highly enough! I bought a house via South Wales Lettings and there were unfortunate delays but Miranda was very proactive in finding out info for me when needed. I’m leaving a rental property and my landlord will be using Miranda and the team for the sale of his house due to my recommendation of my experience. Thanks again Miranda for making buying my first home a stress free time. I highly recommend ????

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)They were great we were going to go for them. However, they had the higher fees and the the selling prize was lower. Saying that they said the correct amount because we sold our property for that. Maybe we will have a quicker sell for our property..
17th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)A great company to work with. Jay kept me well informed throughout and went above and beyond in the final stages to ensure completion all went through on time. I would definitely use Ramsay and White again when looking for a new property. During our search Jay was also very thorough with his knowledge of each property we viewed and was able to give us detailed information which enabled us to make better decisions throughout the whole process. Thanks Jay and the team. Much appreciated. :)
