The staff are truly outstanding, as not only are they knowledgeable, but always make time to assist and support you from start to finish. A speacial mention to Pauline, who went above and beyond to find solutions, and thereby relieve some of our stresses with a particular difficult house purchase.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Chloe was always accommodating with my numerous visits to the property, including arranging access for my surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process, making my first-time buying experience a genuinely positive one.
