The stress and hassle this company are causing me is beyond a joke, been out of contract over 6 months & give them a chance. to be treated this way at the end, Oh and im Best part of £2.5k out of pocket for playing there merry little games. Never had an experience like it in my life, For some reason they are dragging heels causing as much undue stress as they can. I really would think twice before signing up, as you will find yourself in maybe the same situation Currently under review by the property ombudsman.
I have currently been renting a property from bairstow eves for the last two years. When looking for some where to live I found the whole team very helpful. They where patient and so helpful as I’m quite a picky person! Rick the manager was always In Contact giving me updates on properties and when I found one I liked gave me all the help I needed to secure the forever home I required. I have found there never to be any problems with communication and on a few occasions when I needed problems sorted with the property it was arranged and done with in days, nothing has ever been left or not delt with. I would very much recommend renting from bairstow eves I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Happy client
Awful. No communication whatsoever after I submitted an offer on a property. I had to chase them only to be told 10 days later it had been sold to another party.

Started off well but then it all went down hill after I sent an email asking when I would be paid my money from the tenant as never consistent. Apparently this email didn't have the right 'tone' and as it was a Monday morning (their excuse not mine) I therefore received a very unbusinesslike response back. Since then more problems such as not being informed of works that needed to be carried out on the property - had to be told by my tenant. List goes on. And today to top it all off they breached GDPR regulations by forwarding an email I sent in confidence to a third party that contains my personal details. Surely this is basic knowledge to any business. They never take any responsibility for their actions - always passing on the blame, you can see that from the comments on other negative reviews. How about apologies so that people may consider using your service or recommending again?? Condescending, petty, sarcastic and don't even think about asking for a manager as it's a family business and they only have their family in mind. I am actually glad they breached the data protection act so that I can report them and give them the comeuppance they deserve. Only interested in properties making them the big money. Watch out!!! I look forward to my condescending reply. Lets see how they get out of this one.
Update** what a surprise you have done exactly what I said you would do - shift the blame. In fact asking when I will be paid politely is not disrespectful, if you don't provide me with the level of service I paid for am I not entitled to query it? I believe I am. I have re read my emails and would be happy to post here if necessary to prove your company is a joke and they are in no way rude. Why no online argument? You concerned what other information will come out .Yes already done thank you, you've missed one out and thats in relation to the personal data breach. Honestly have never written a negative review before but I urge anyone not to use this shambles of a company if you want to see your money and have your property correctly looked after. I mean you can even ask my tenant to get a view from the other side. I'm sure they will say just the same!!! Also you only terminated the contract because I advised I was going to do that after I never received my money but you wanted to get in there first - also have the emails to prove that.
