Happy at last.
Would like to thank all staff of Omega.
With special thanks to Steven. Always there. Always helpful.
Also thanks to David and Sally and rest of staff.
We are at day three in our new property and Omega still there
helping us find our feet.
Thanks to you all.
If ever we sell this house we would have you as our agents
but sorry folks that is just not going to happen. ha-ha.
Ron and Chris.
I fell over on the forecourt of Beatrice court in 20ll and after a M R I scan my hip and knee was done in and £5600 paid out by insurance companie and Mr Hart landlord at the time was told to renew the forecourt
In 2015 then 2016 I had knee replacements then had to have my right knee replacement taken out and another knee replacement put in going right down to my foot and right up my thigh so no more replacement just amputation. When omega took over management in 2015/16 it was now known that the forecourt needed redoing so it in his wisdom that a forecourt fund was set up for 3 years making it 2020 9 years after my accident and a danger that I would end up having a leg amputated as it was a dangerous forecourt.Ian Hunter made it very stressful for me because the lady in the other flat wanted to smoke 3 packets of cigarettes a day which was approximately 80%of her pension when I was disabled and when it rained stood in up to half an inch of water on the forecourt and thought more of a woman whose smoking will put a strain on the N H S with all the illness associated with smoking.I felt I was discrimated against for being disabled. Omega no longer manage Beatrice court as they made me frustrated with them and I acted in away any body would have if in the same situation I was put under.Ian Hunter goes managing properties and that gets one star rating and his staff whom sell properties gets five. The worse bit of concrete has all 3 cars go over the next flats concrete has 2 cars and the last flat has just 1.Mr Hunter tells me he's seen me breaking up concrete with a 2kg club hammer, this was only used to remove cracked concrete where cars have run over and a 2lb club hammer would not make an impression on solid concrete. Being a ex builder before being disabled one can see a layer of 2 /3 inches of concrete been put on top of inferior concrete therefore that will crack.Mr Hunter is defending himself for a decision against a disabled person!
William H Brown,
Back in August this year I began my search for a property. We are a small building firm and we were coming towards the end of a large project. We were looking for a property that needed a complete refurbishment for our next venture.
From the begging Frankie was on the case. Committed to finding the perfect property that fitted our needs. His customer service and proactive sales approach, was a refreshing change from my previous experiences with estate agents to say the least.
I received a phone call from Frankie telling me he had the perfect property. He was not wrong. The property was ideal. Exactly what we were after. May i add, Frankie was always well revised when informing me about any property. Any questions I had he would answer without hesitation and was very knowledgeable about each property and the market as a whole.
Frankie Bowers in an absolute asset to your firm. He has exceeded all expectations and is a credit to your local branch.
Many thanks from a very happy customer
Connells sold our property but continually misled us assuring us we would not pay duplicate agency fees. This was referred to the Ombudsman who ruled in favour of the 1st agent . As soon as the property was sold they demanded their money from head office and we paid as we thought the ruling would be in their favour. Connells should have referred the agency to the 1st Agent which was the ruling made by the Property Ombudsman.
The service I have received from Abbots since June 2019 has been second to none. I have found Rick to be professional and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. He acts with integrity and has always honoured his commitments regarding keeping me informed. I have full confidence in Rick's ability and due to his commitment in resolving my concerns my Business has remained with Abbotts.
Worst estate agents ever. Recently bought a property via the Clacton-on-sea office and the entire process was a shambles from start to finish. Definitely will not be buying or selling through them again.
Boydens have managed my properties for over eight years and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and their maintenance dept are always on the ball and act promptly.
I have since disposed of my properties through Boydens and can thoroughly recommend Eve Mitchell who sold both within a week for the asking price. Her friendly demeanour obviously helped secure the sales. She even helped to dispose of white goods that the new owners did not require....saving me a six hour round trip. I truly cannot understand previous negative reviews as my experience throughout was exemplary. Trust me when I say that this is a first class company for both sales and management.
AVOID. This client never put my offer to the client. No transparency for the client. I had to contact the client directly to inform them of my viewing requests and offers. The agent preferred a cash buyer. Therefore decided not to inform the client of any of my inquiries. I found them patronizing too.
The best estate agents i've ever used! Brilliant service great guys!!! Thank you.
My partner and I took time off work to view a flat, viewer never turned up waited 45min whilst turning up early and no one showed. Had not been contacted by the company nor had any apologies. After confronting one of their colleagues I was told it was all my fault and the viewer has been waiting on me! I understand that anyone makes mistakes in life and just an apology could have resolved it, but been told I'm a being dishonest is a bit of a slap in the face.
