Their rental side is so unprofessional team you will ever find. Do not trust them with your property. The tenant trashed my house and omega did nothing about it. They even managed to loose the deposit back to the tenant who they found a new lease for her. Some poor landlord now been dumped with a tenant from hell. Had the misfortune of dealing with this terribly poorly run company when they managed my block. The staff were rude and had little clue about what they were doing, they constantly got things wrong and were completely inefficient. It was a god send when they were removed. I sincerely hope we never have to deal with them ever again as lots of tenants were left severely out of pocket, by there inept block management. Avoid at all costs...!... Read more
