Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 5th Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)I can not recommend Witlet highly enough! We rented 2 properties over 5 years and will be sad to leave them. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication have been exceptional from day one. The team is always incredibly friendly and takes the time to address any issues or queries with genuine care! They understand that a rental property is still your home! Any problems we encountered were resolved quickly and at no additional costs. The team were easy to contact via phone or email and also had an out of hours team in emergencies. A special mention to Charlie for his dedication to building such a fantastic company and to Lesley-Anne for her outstanding organisation, together, theyve made Witlet an exceptional agency. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free renting experience.

Mike Vincent and sons Estate Agents will do a professional job and keep you updated throughout. They did an amazing job, extremely professional, friendly and genuine. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! I was mainly in contact with David and Ian, but the rest of the team were also superb. Thank you all so much for selling my home so quickly and helping me keep my sanity with such a frustrating sale due to the incompentence and lack of communication from the buyer's solicitor. Extremely friendly, helpful, informative and you genuinely feel they are on your side and want the best outcome for you. 15th Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)Didn't respond to our emails, allowed us to advertise for six months without telling us we needed an energy certificate which could've resulted in us being fined, took 6 months for our property to be removed from their books despite giving the agreed 14 days notice, didn't tell us the property we had purchased stc had been sold to someone else.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

29th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)One viewing only. Virtually no interest since advertised. A unique property so difficult to compare with other 2/3 bedroom properties. Probably put on market wrong time of year. Photos and videos were of good quality. Would have been a better experience if person in office communicated in a more customer friendly way rather than being abrupt with clients. However Mr Thickbroom and his sons were always polite and courteous.

Craig and his team were superb throughout , making sure that all issues were resolved and ensuring that all our chain managed to complete on the required day. I definitely recommend Fine and Country for purchases in this area.
