Amazing! Keep up the good work. Dave Gooderham is probably the most helpful agent I have EVER come across! Kept me well updated and quickly progressed the chain through to exchange! 110% recommended! Thanks Dave for all your help and updates

Their rental side is so unprofessional team you will ever find. Do not trust them with your property. The tenant trashed my house and omega did nothing about it. They even managed to loose the deposit back to the tenant who they found a new lease for her. Some poor landlord now been dumped with a tenant from hell. Omega just count the money they make and don't look after your interest.

Fantastic service from Paul and the team. Always went out of their way to help and Paul went the extra mile on a number of occasions to progress the sale.

Boydens - Superior Homes

Aston House, 57-59 Crouch Street, Colchester

Boydens offered a fast, friendly and pleasurable experience throughout our move. No matter which of the team I spoke to, they were all able to provide with any information I required. Can't fault them.

Rented a property via the Sudbury branch and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I'd ever made. The landlord charged £270 a month for utilities, with no proof of bill and then when my notice was handed in he demanded another £1100, again with no proof. Returned home from work on Friday 7 days after he demanded the money to find he had illegally turned off all of the utilities. He demanded i pay £500 straight away to turn them back on. Went into Boyden's to only be told that there was nothing they could do to help me. Boydens entered the property without permission on more than one occasion and didn't once ring me to see how I was, given that I'd been rendered homeless. Once my father had managed to resolve the financial issues regarding the deposit Boydens assured us that they would NEVER represent the landlord again. Guess what!! Less than 2 months later they are advertising the property on right move again with no care for any future tenants. Therefore would strongly recommend you never use them.

Gallant Richardson - Colchester

5 Culver Street West, Colchester, Essex

The go to agents for sales and lettings! Have used Gallant Richardson for both, and the service has been brilliant throughout. Thank you to Rebecca for helping during lettings process, and to Andy and Craig who have stayed on top of everything, updated me throughout and let the whole sales process run smoothly.

Awful woman on the phone. When I asked her to call the landlord and propose a slightly smaller price per month because the flat was in a bad state she said she will, then called me back in literally 2 minutes and said that the landlord is against it ( total lie, very obvious she didn’t even try to call the landlord) and was extremely rude to me by saying that she doesn’t think I’m the right candidate then, was very dismissive and totally put me off from putting a deposit down for this flat! And I literally called with the debit card in my hand.

Boydens - Frinton On Sea

73 Connaught Avenue, Frinton On Sea

excellent

JOE TAYLOR

Disgusted and betrayed by a company I rented a 4 bed house in Frinton Through Boydens Firstly they are more expensive the others for contracts etc ,but I didn't mind as I thought peace of mind if I have problems ( little did I know ) Half the lights didn't work ( blown light bulbs ) I fitted new bulbs throughout the house .in the kitchen I found the bulbs kept blowing so i informed Boydens they said they would speak to the landlord and get back to me Nothing happened so i kept phoning It took 6 weeks to get light in my kitchen not good in the winter evenings cooking for a family by torch and phone light . I was also kept awake most nights by a constant sound coming from the boiler pump .so I of course phoned Boydens 5 different workman came and if was agreed that the whole system had been wired up incorrectly and that it needed all changing ( by this time my gas bills were through the roof ) As I was told that the boiler was constantly coming on . 7 weeks later it was fixed . I also noticed when I moved in that we ( family ) couldn't use the bathroom upstairs as no water would come from the taps ,ok there was some water but it would of taken 1 year to fill a bath that's how much came from the taps . So I phoned Boydens ( of course ) 3-4 months to get it fixed lucky there was a downstairs shower and sink . Onto the outside security lights none worked and were rusty no problem I thought I will fit new ones the problem that on inspection the whole wire system was AGAIN done by an idiot Nutural and Nutural ( black to black )go together Live and live ( red to red ) go together not in this house someone have put black to red Once I'd fixed myself and fitted new lights everything worked correctly . I decided to end the contract of the lease Gave Boydens 2 months notice I cleaned the house thoughout bleaching floors ,wood oil for kitchen worktops etc . The place was shining Better looking than when I moved into it Plus electric was 100% safe ,with a new pump and boiler and a bathroom that was fit for a king ( well a family ) I'm a working person and couldn't meet Boydens when they came to check the place to move out they would only give me a daytime slot not even early eve when their shop was still open . But I didn't mind as I knew there was nothing wrong . I THEN AM told that they wouldn't give my deposit back "Why I asked "?,? The cleaning wasnt done by a professional cleaning company They started picking up on silly things like marks on sockets ( small marks ) That could just rub off Oh and the grass was 1 inch higher than it should be so they would have to get a gardener I demanded my deposit back telling them what I'd done and what I'd been theough since moving in , all I was told was they would speak to the landlord After nearly 2 months fighting my case they charged me £320 To clean AGAIN AND CUT THE GRASS ( THE 1 INCH TO HIGH GRASS ) I was told £320 or they would hold onto my money and keep fighting What choice did I have NEVER GET THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE ANYTHING 1

GetAgent makes finding an estate agent easier.

Very helpful in arranging for 3 agents to come around and put their pitch for marketing our property. Having them as an intermediary made the process...

Maria-Luisa Meredith

A very good comparison website

A very good comparison website for checking local estate agencies. We used it to check who have sold the most in our area and the results were very useful to us.

Easy to use.

Very quick service, within an hour I had my valuation set up with 2 different companies. Saves time as well as you don't need to trawl the internet.

Mrs susan fletcher

It really helped my decision making

There are so many estate agents to choose from but they provided details with the numbers of houses each had sold in my area and which had achieved the asking price which I found most helpful

Mrs Heather Marshall

Choose the right agent for your house.

An amazingly easy way to choose your estate agent with total confidence. I did and among the many found the right one for my house. Speedy, responsive, considerate and effective. Thank you.

Ms Jean Bywater

Good easy to understand info. They even got the agents to contact me, so I didn't need to chase them.
