15th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I wanted to share my recent experience with Lamb & Co following the completion of my first home purchase.<br><br>From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease when showing me around the property and were always happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>A special mention goes to Jo, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Things became a little stressful at times when dealing with the solicitors, but Jo was always on hand to offer support, keep me updated and help move things along. Her help was genuinely a lifesaver and made what could have been a much more stressful experience far more manageable.<br><br>Overall, the whole team have been so helpful and supportive, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help in making my first home purchase a reality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lamb & Co to anyone looking to buy a property!

23rd Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I just completed a house purchase, and Harwich Village Homes was responsible for the sellers property.<br><br>Our experience with them was amazing from start to finish as the buyers of the property.<br><br>When booking our viewing, it was seamless with prompt responses to messages. As we were moving from London to Harwich, they accommodated viewings around our work schedules and times that were good for us due to how far we were coming from.<br><br>Throughout our whole purchase, I had regular phone call updates and was supported with reassurance and any questions answering when I felt unsure due to being first-time buyers.<br><br>I didn't think that the sellers estate agent would be so helpful to me as the purchaser, but they were amazing.<br><br>Once our completion took place, it was made easy for us to collect the keys, and also, we were given a congratulations card, which was so sweet of them all. Everyone I spoke to for any reason was very informative and understanding of my lack of knowledge on how this process goes.<br><br>I would highly recommend their services as it was an absolute pleasure working with them all during our house purchase.<br><br>Thank you all so much.

2nd Jan 2026 (10 mo. ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)

He brought through serious, qualified viewers, and within a handful of viewings, a solid offer was negotiated and agreed. Ben went above and beyond from day one.<br>?Once under offer, Maddie in sales progression was an absolute lifesaver. Conveyancing threw up plenty of complications, but Maddie was proactive, tenacious with the solicitors, and kept us fully in the loop so we never had to chase.<br>?We completed today and couldn't be more grateful to Ben, Maddie, and the entire team. They are genuinely setting the standard for the estate agency industry.
