From the moment of contact, Danny was reassuring, supportive and confident that he would help us secure a buyer for our property which he did quickly. He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. We are thrilled with the result, and so grateful to Danny and John Alexander. We felt that they always had our best interests at heart. We couldn't recommend them high enough. Thank you!

26th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

The whole time team has been professional, approachable end reliable.<br>A very special gratitude is due to Charon E. and Denny S. for their support, efficiency and clear communication at every stage.<br>I therefore highly recommend the team at William H Brown Harwich.
27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)I purchased my bungalow via Harwich Village Village Homes and have just sold it experiencing the same excellent service. As before Michelle kept me fully up to date and progressed the chain of sales when there was a hold up. She interfaced well with my family keeping them fully informed until final exchange. Although unlikely I will be in this area buying and selling properties I would use HVH again and would recommend them to you if you need an agent.

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. They are genuinely lovely people! Thank you both again for everything!

5th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them. No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months. No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc) Different advice given by different staff members. Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.
3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)It is easy to give a 5-star review when everything is straightforward, but the real test is how people handle things when a purchase becomes difficult.<br><br>Towards the end of our purchase, there were some unforeseen circumstances that made the process more challenging. However, the team at Fine & Country were excellent throughout and really helped keep things moving so the purchase could complete.<br><br>Rachele in particular was fantastic, professional, proactive, supportive and genuinely helpful when it mattered most.<br><br>Thank you to Rachele and the Fine & Country team. We really appreciate everything you did to help get this over the line.
