They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on. A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective. There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

Their professional experience and great customer skills were second to none. All the team were always available to answer my questions and chase enquires when they arose often working outside their normal working hours The service they and their colleagues provided is second to none and been a family run business they are more than happy to go the extra mile that is often needed in the up and down world of selling a home. We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. This can be a stressful time but it simply wasn't. A huge thank you to Shelley and Chris for all their hard work. We could not have asked for more from the team and matters progressed so smoothly. 16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thomas and Oliver were very helpful. We met Thomas at the property and he was very professional informing us about the property the landlord and the surrounding area. The property was at our liking and we have moved to move in soon. Oliver was very helpful during phone call questions and treated us as customers and personalised the call. He and Thomas are very knowledgeable about the properties, area and contracts and informed us of the new tenancy regulation that the Government has introduced. Hopeful we will be happy in our new home, but we who have no concerns with enlisting their help again. keep up the good work.
2nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. Great service, comms and advice, highly recommended.

15th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)All staff were very efficient and pleasant, exceptional communication. The only disappointment was the commission rate. I was told that it was a non negotiable rate only to find out later that a neighbour had negotiated them down to a much less rate than I had! ??????
