27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. We would happily trust Ollie to handle any future sales or purchases on our behalf.... 31st Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I have no issue with Martins. They did their best in a static market. Wouldn’t it be nice if Estate Agents were prepared to give an honest appraisal of the market activity!!! Roll on the departure of Rachel from Accounts.
29th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
