Lewis was always quick to respond to emails and kept me updated at every point of the process. Lewis went beyond in many ways - offering helpful recommendations and I felt fully supported throughout the whole process as a first-time buyer. I would definitely recommend John D Wood & Co.

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

He was a real pleasure to deal with throughout; he was transparent, cheerful and welcoming at viewings, keen to understand our needs and never overly pushy, which made us feel appreciated at what was an important decision for us. It look little time to land on the right property with Strutt and they have high quality stock. Highly recommended!!

His communication was consistent, and he was always available to answer questions or provide reassurance when needed. Thanks to Noah, what can often be a complicated and overwhelming process felt straightforward and seamless. 7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Imagine being so unprofessional that you schedule a viewing, talk so highly about your agency and then be extremely lame enough to not show up for the viewing. I had the absolute displeasure to deal with James Setright who scheduled a viewing and then forgot to show up at 308, Garratt Lane address at the time of the viewing. My partner travelled an hour to reach the address and then viola, nobody shows up, I call up and James picks up and tells me that there’s nothing he could do and the best he could do is to schedule it for another day. Whilst being civil and acting like he cared, there was absolutely no other alternative offered. I just feel sorry for the seller here, since they should pick up someone more professional and reasonable to deal with. To anyone at John D Wood who’s the owner, it’s not only hard to schedule viewings and reach your staff but they are just incredibly bad to deal with and make basic errors that are just blasphemous for. The nature of the business.

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.
