   Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards....    From the moment I engaged the services of Dawsons to sell a property, everything ran very smoothly.<br>Sarah came to visit the property first. She was calm, reassuring, kind and gave me excellent advice.<br>We decided to sell at auction and the Auction Team at Dawsons Swansea then took over the sale.
