9th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.
14th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)I liked their enthusiasm and keeness I attended a lot of the viewings and valued the feedback I got but its worth mentioning some people arent a good fit for your property and its important to keep your faith in attracting the right buyer
14th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.
14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We sold our last house with Dawsons at the end of last year. They were very helpful and efficient, and sold our property for the asking price very quickly. They kept us well updated throughout the procedure and ensured it all went smoothly. Certain other estate agents VERY nearby could learn a lot from them. Thank you so much.<br>We have since also sold our above mentioned house also through Dawsons. They once again showed why they have won so many awards and why, in my opinion, they are the best estate agents in Llanelli. Thank you all once again ??????

21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord

18th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Richards Estate Agents sold our property, and despite the sales falling through on 3 occasions, Ken found buyers quickly, and was always supportive. We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
