9th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

Her communication was clear and timely, and she worked hard to keep everything moving quickly — which meant a lot after the setbacks we’d had with other properties. 14th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.
30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)From the moment I engaged the services of Dawsons to sell a property, everything ran very smoothly.<br>Sarah came to visit the property first. She was calm, reassuring, kind and gave me excellent advice.<br>We decided to sell at auction and the Auction Team at Dawsons Swansea then took over the sale. They were very professional , kept me updated and informed and again, gave me excellent advice and the subsequently property sold at a good price and before the auction.<br>Huge grateful thanks to Sarah Hewitt in the Llanelli branch and Angel, Harrison and David at the Swansea branch. Together they made the whole process as stress- free as is possible for a house sale. I would heartily recommend them.

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.

We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property

13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)When telling your clients the package, tell them the whole package and don't give them disinformation. £999 was what we were verbally told until house was sold. Not for six months marketing. Shocking tactics, to then tell you that the marketing is buried deep in the terms and conditions. Shame on you, I hope you can sleep at night.
