26th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.
20th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The service received from Paul of Property Angels could not be faulted in any manner. Both properties sold quickly at values accurately predicted by Paul. His interaction with all parties involved did make the sales proceedure an easy process.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

I'd initially enquired about selling with a bigger chain estate agent who couldn't have been less interested and kept failing to return my calls. GetAgent had great reviews for Bellus Property so I turned to them and have had a great experience. Joe has been easy to get in touch with and really proactive about making the sale move along as quickly as possible.
6th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I have a property that David and Emma manage. I have been very happy with their level of service and ease of the whole process. If you want a Property Management company that will make the whole process simple and straight forward. Then i recommend ProBrook Properties.

We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish. They provide an amazing marketing photos (not just taken on an iphone which seems to be the case with other agents). They also handled the closing date brilliantly and kept me updated every step of the way which is a breath of fresh air having previously dealt with the larger corporate agencies! I really couldn't recommend them more.
