12th May 2022 (4 years ago)Very professional and helpful, was kept updated every step of the way- 11th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.

10th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

16th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

7th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)neighbour recommended Hemmings Homes to us and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided on the sale of our home. They responded swiftly to our initial enquiry and Craig came to see us the following day. From photographs and home report to our house being sold took less than a week and we cannot praise all the Hemmings staff enough. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and professional. Special thanks to Elaine for keeping us fully informed and Boden and Max for their photography and social media skills. Their advice is invaluable and we would highly recommend them.

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!

The team at Coats & Hall were proactive, professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The video in particular generated strong interest from the outset and their advice helped us achieve a result much better than we thought possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication was excellent throughout. If you're looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares, provides outstanding service and delivers great results, choose these guys.
