3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)We put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent. We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts. The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months. The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment. We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers. The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old. Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly. Thank you to our agent who held our hand through the sale! 26th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.

Their support has been invaluable, especially in more challenging market conditions, with Lucy, our day-to-day contact, responsive, positive, and personable at all times.
23rd Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. It was a big move for us, and the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant — communication was excellent from start to finish. We felt strongly that our vendor was as sympathetically and respectfully treated as we were, and this meant a lot to us. All in all we had an absolutely great experience with Brooks Bliss and could not be happier in our new home.
