6th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these. From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed. Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.
9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I used Rory from Connells as my mortgage broker. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and definitely knows his onions. Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

It was a challenging house, and Abbie was always positive and enthusiastic . She knows her local market and has a wide range of contacts. 20th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wholeheartedly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property. My cottage, whilst beautiful was very niche and took a while to sell in this challenging market. Their marketing was second to none. The photos great and 360 video looked really professional. Clive, Helio and the support team were straight forward to work with and I trusted the advice they offered me. They made me feel I was client. Importantly, I always knew what was happening, they are proactive and genuinely on top of the details. My previous experience with other agents in the Stroud area was disappointing. They all had excellent skills in winning my business but lacked follow through once they had my property to market.

The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

4th May 2025 (1 year ago)We sold our property at the end of April 2025 through Wilkinson SLM. It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!!
