Lois Brown was fantastic and James Murray has a longstanding, excellent expertise which yields results. Very grateful for their patience and perseverance. We’ve bought and sold through Murray’s who have been wonderful both sides. When we buy again I’m going straight to these experts.

Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support. Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!
8th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We stayed at 33 The Landings. It’s exceeded our expectations. The house was amazing with beautiful views over the lake. We took paddle boards and had a wonderful time off the jetty. The ground floor bedroom and wet room were ideal for our disabled brother. There were no steps and easy access to the kitchen and living room. I would highly recommend for a family gathering. We also loved having access to the tennis courts which were nearby.

She was a genuine pleasure to work with, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything moving smoothly helped make the entire sale as stress-free as possible.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Butler Sherborn, and Sophie in particular, to anyone looking for a professional, dedicated, and personable agent. A truly excellent team, never was a call or email unanswered, continuously kept updated and everything with the sale of our home was taken care of perfectly. If you are looking to sell your property look no further than Roscoe Rogers and Knight, by far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

Miles was happy to arrange additional viewings of the house, he was very attentive and on the ball. He even helped massively to speed things along when there were delays and did a great job liaising between all parties to get answers to questions.
