26th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Every member of the team was friendly, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Jasmine, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. She is always responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and seamless. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she consistently goes above and beyond to answer questions, keep us updated, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Her knowledge of the rental sector is outstanding and in the current climate, with the renters reform bill, she brings clarity, knowledge and reassurance into every situation so you can be confident that, as a landlord, you are operating within current legislation.<br><br>It’s rare to find such a high level of care and attention to detail. 17th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)The sale of my flat was a long process through no fault of Naylor Powell, but they kept me informed throughout and were on the ball with regards to chasing my solicitor and keeping me updated. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!- 1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!

We had maximum support , never lied too, they were completely honest. We made friends with the team. We have to add , that although all the team worked for us , that the lovely Craig , hucclecote office was an absolute star ?. He updated us on our purchase most days, answering all our questions , and gave support all through our worries , he went above and beyond , an asset to the company

Natalie booked us in and accommodated our availability. We were sold immediately and very quickly Natalie was able to send us all the electronic applications and ID checks which we promptly returned. The house was immaculate and had clearly been looked after through the agents and previous tenant. A fair price for rental also. Thank you Natalie and team.

They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.

She is extremely professional , super communicative, and took us through the process extremely efficiently. We went from offer accepted to exchange in just over 5 weeks! While some of that is down to the vendor and us jumping through our hoops speedily, AJ was the cog that kept it all going smoothly, particularly the getting lawyers to talk to each other bit. She made what is often a very stressful time so much easier. This was my second purchase and I cannot believe the difference! Thanks AJ and sorry about the late review! We are loving our new place.
