Laurels have been outstanding from the very second we chose to use them. We first went with them because we put an offer in on a house with an estate agents we had never heard of before called Laurels. The estate agent name was Jordan. Sadly our offer fell through. However, due to his outstanding care we decided to put our house on the market with the same estate agents. For nearly a year we were unable to sell our home in a difficult time, after being on the market for two weeks with Laurels a very confident young man named Humza sold our house at a very respectable price. The care and attention that was given and provided from the photos to the last seconds of the day we moved out was faultless. Often once a house is sold estate agents no longer pay attention to you. This was not the case for Laurels, the level of attention and care for detail sets them among the very best. Due to this I know that they will continue to grow as an estate agent and they truly deserve it. Well done Laurels and thank you very much.

A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
