Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe the agents at this office. Three times agents I was dealing with left the company or relocated without telling me, leaving me out of pocket and fighting to get money I am owed.
The staff turnover seems to be ridiculously high. Even now, four years after I dealt with them, I still get phone calls from different staff members looking for business despite having told them I have sold my property.
Awful service. The worst agents I have dealt with.
Would like to say how helpful and efficient Gary Allen was when he came to value my house. He took his time to explain and advise me on the best way to market my house at a very stressful time for me. I really appreciated his kindness to me.
The worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to use. They are complete charlatans and totally unprofessional. Steer clear of them at all costs and never sign a contract with them, it is probably the worst thing you will ever do.

An absolute bunch of cowboys/girls! Zero communication from any of them! Never heard so many rubbish excuses and so much bull in my life! Avoid like the plague!

These are awful! I currently rent through these and am moving out this month. They have taken another rental payment from myself and have left me with no money amd bank charges due to bills that need to paid.. my hole experience has been dreadful highly recommend finding another agent

Worst in the area i guess, literally took me two and a half months to speak to someone with regards to the property i rented through them. Sent several emails and left several voice messages but no one ever gor back to me until I stopped paying the rent and someone called, still waiting for the problems to be fixed.
We bought a property through Newton Huxley and the service was pretty seamless. Booking viewings was easy and they even suggested a couple of 'wild card' properties for us, one of which we ended up loving and buying! After the offer was accepted, they checked in regularly to see how the purchase process was going and were always happy to offer help through the process, even though it wasn't in their remit to have to do so.
I have rented for the last 6 years and can honestly say I have never seen such appalling behaviour from a company, we viewed a property today and within 30 minutes put an offer in, 5 hours later I get a message cancelling a second viewing, when I phone to query this the lady I spoke to had no idea why and said she would find out and phone me back straight away, 30 min later I get a email cancelling the second viewing that they already cancelled so I phoned again, I was then informed that they had been trying to phone me but no missed calls and no messages!! She then informed me that they had a viewing after us offering more money and keeping the furniture, Surely as a company they should have given me the opportunity to better the offer but no they just did it all by message, I will certainly never use this company again and would advise others to be a bit cautious.
