Brilliant service. The staff were very welcoming. A special thank you to Martin who was very patient, informative and very helpful towards my search for a flat to let.
AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!
A friend of mine had used these estate agent, and was done over when it came to the inventory leaving the property, when they moved in it was one page long, and then when they moved out it was thirty pages long, and i feel the decision they made with the landlord was deceptive and a team effort and my friends had been in the property for over four years so a bit of wear and tear which is normal
the inventory company works in the estate agents favor never the tenants!!!!!
A quick review to express our appreciation of the support that Barnard Marcus provided to us recently.
We had a problem with a broken shower and Louise proved invaluable in helping to resolve the issue.
She liaised initially with ourselves and the tenants. However, the problem proved to be more challenging than was first anticipated.
Louise thoughtfully, and beyond the call of duty, contacted the manufacturers and made all the arrangements for a replacement shower unit to go in. She also managed to sort out some technical issues with the manufacturers, of which we had no idea how to resolve,
Thank you Louise!

These guys never show you right property unless you agree to take their Mortgage services.
I offered a property , then ask me lot of questions and offered Mortgage services and I said I have an adviser to sort-out my mortgage. They immediately refused my offer over phone.
We were delighted with the service we got from you guys at Tudor in selling our house in a tough market. We were chuffed to get a good flow of serious buyers and to be kept informed throughout without being too intrusive. We are now well settled into life in our new house and recommend Tudor highly in all respects including, crucially, value for money in terms of commission.
From the initial meeting for a valuation to the eventual completion Tudor and Co were efficient, pleasant to deal with and made me feel that I truly was a valued individual not just a potential commission. There were undoubted ups and downs along the way (due to major events in politics!) but they never stopped trying to achieve the best possible sale for me.
We originally signed up to Purple Bricks (purely cost saving) but Chad tempted us to give S J Smith an opportunity - and I admit it is a different service to that of an online agency, you get what you pay for and they provided a professional service all the way through, we were delighted and would highly recommend this local agency to anyone buying or selling in the area.
They will let a property next to you to tenants with antisocial behaviour issues, and overcrowd it ( 8 people living in a 3 bedroom house) they will then tell you "with the best will in the world the number of tenants cant be controlled" ermmmmmm. Contracts? Property management??? Not difficult is it. They ignore pleas for help and emails and will devalue any property next door!!!! Police are constantly here and I am not calling them out... shows how dangerous these people are. Warning if you see a SJ Smith board go up next door, this is bad news for home owners!!! My life has been a living hell for the last year because of them!!!!!! I can hear the tenants in your property smashing the doors and floor right now. They do it constantly, I hope they wreck it then you might bother to do a background check on tenants next time. Classic greedy dismissant estate agents!!!
I always enjoy working with the staff at Chase Buchanan. They are friendly, efficient and always professional. I can not recommend them highly enough.
terrible service, i viewed a house and made a offer to rent it. i offered to pay a years rent in advance as i own my own business and the traditional tenancy referencing wouldn't favor me. then the estate refused to forward my offer to the landlord unless i paid for the tenancy referencing, even though it would be pointless! just because he would benefit from it financially. this is actually against the law and when i complained to the head office stating that i had spoke to ARLA the property regulating body they then had a manager call me back. now saying they had mentioned it to the landlord but he was not interested in having the years rent paid upfront... sounds more like they know what there colleague was doing was wrong and they are covering for him. attempting to bully unnecessary fee's out of someone illegally... they took no responsibility for there actions and swept it under the rug as a misunderstanding?
there not to be trusted, use another company...
