Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

23rd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I used Nicholls Tyreman to sell and buy recently - they were excellent - they arranges lots of viewing and did a really good job of showing people the house. And when it came to dealing with holdups/ issues in the chain - Nikki especially was fantastic! She is exactly who you need to get things moving!
28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We’ve had a good experience with FSS, and specifically Ella Burnham, as we moved to Harrogate and got settled in the past month. Making a viewing appointment was easy and Ella was prompt. Doing the application was fairly straightforward using their online portal, and I appreciate that this is the single place to get info. And, when we came by the office to pick up keys, everything was extremely efficient.<br><br>I will update this review and rating should we have more experiences with FSS.

Each member of the team went over and above to ensure my purchase was seamless, and kept me informed at every stage. 3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)My partner and I have rented our flat in Harrogate with Linley & Simpson since 2017, and have now decided to relocate and move into our flat next year.<br><br>I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone we've worked with over the years, and to thank Linley & Simpson for making our rental experience a really enjoyable one. The rental team have been truly amazing in quickly arranging viewings, and completing all the relevant paperwork, so that our flat was hardly ever empty.<br><br>The maintenance department have also been superb. The way the team have looked after our flat and taken care of all the various maintenance issues and problems we've had has been truly exemplary. It's not always easy when you're renting out your future home in another part of the country, but it's a lot easier when you have the support of a wonderful team you can trust.<br><br>It’s almost impossible to list all of the people who’ve helped and supported us over the years but Charlotte Thomson, Myah Dhanak, Katie Hardstaff, Zara Cunningham, Anthony Metcalfe, Nicola Walton, Lauran Taylor and Rhys Dandy are just a few of the key people who deserve a mention.<br><br>Thank you once again to everyone for supporting us over the last 9 years and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Linley & Simpson to anyone renting in Harrogate and the surrounding areas. They are the best team you could wish for!
