It is a very difficult housing market at the moment but the girls were with us every step of the way , even though it took 18 months to sell our house .<br><br>So pleased we got there in the end but the reason we did was down to<br>their professionalism and excellent support and care from Bev, Trinity, Lisa and Sam . A really quality based service.

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. 20th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Have been waiting for two weeks for a response to questions I asked re repairs and lack of property income statements, terrible service since the business was taken over by the new owners. I have also been informed they have difficulty retaining staff!!!!! Previously had first class service.

Throughout the 10 month process we dealt with all members of the team, and they were all so diligent and understanding. Special thanks to Mandy who supported to get things over the line in the last few weeks. We cannot recommend Wilman and Wilman enough!

Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. Superb customer service. 10/10.

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

Compared to previous agencies I have rented with, the team has been so friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful process feel really easy. The team have always been quick to respond to emails and had good communication. Jason, the owner, took time to show me around the property on the move-in day including showing me where fire and carbon monoxide alarms are, explaining how to use the boiler and what to do if radiators are not working. I have not experienced this level of attention and care from previous agencies! I'm grateful for how smooth and positive my experience has been so far, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies Properties to anyone looking to rent/have their property managed. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel valued as a tenant!

As the new kid on the block looking to get a presence in the Crosshills area, he went above and beyond, communicated well at all times and always responded promptly to enquiries. He was professional throughout despite dealing with some tedious characters and slow solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend him and his team.
