21st Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Andrew , Patrick and Ian and colleagues at Hamilton & Stiller were supportive throughout the process from advertising our property, updated us after viewings and gave us advise regarding sale price , negotiations when selling. The photos of our house were exceptional and the photographer did a drone photo of our property and garden which we have kept. Would highly recommend this team in Ross-On-Wye branch. Great teamwork, consistent communication and support thank you.

Once we found our perfect place they were always available to help with queries and to move the whole process on efficiently and effectively. I would have no hesitation in recommending this small and personal agency

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

From start to finish Rebecca was very professional and dealt with all queries promptly. The purchase was dealt with quicker than expected and without any issues or stress. Thanks again for helping us buy our property, I will be recommending to others.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!
4th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)My partner conducted a 3hr/ 100mile round trip to be met with such unprofessionalism and dismissal. Becky Howl could not even give him the time of day to allow him to look at the property in more detail. She wasn't even going to open the doors to certain rooms, just stating "there's the utility room" as she marched past with haste in order to end the viewing as quickly as possible. If it wasn't for my partner stopping to take a look and ask questions, she would have had him out of the 5 bedroom, 3 reception room house in less than 5mins. It was apparent Becky favoured the previous potential tenants and therefore, wanted to put my partner off. Absolutely distressful behaviour from a so say professional.
