I have been under contract with this company for almost two years and have always been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing. I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye." As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism.
