3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

12th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We recently sold our house through Jeffries & Dibbens Havant and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.<br><br>A special thank you to Rob, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Our move became extremely stressful at times and the final few days really went down to the wire, but Rob was always available, kept us updated, chased everyone constantly and went above and beyond to help keep everything moving.<br><br>He was honest, proactive and clearly genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. Without Rob’s help, we honestly don’t think the move would have completed when it did.<br><br>A huge thank you to Rob and the whole team at Jeffries & Dibbens Havant. We really appreciate everything they did for us.<br>??????????
21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Having dealt with multiple estate agents for renting (/or looking to rent), I must say that Henry Adam’s are by far the most professional estate agents I have encountered. The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.

15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I have been under contract with this company for almost two years and have always been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing.<br><br>I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye."<br><br>As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. I hope the company improves its customer service.

15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.<br><br>We instructed White & Brooks to sell our home and, over a 20-week sole agency period, we had just four viewings and not a single offer. Throughout the process, I felt there was a real lack of proactive strategy. The weekly update calls often felt like they were made simply because they had to be (if they were made at all), rather than providing any meaningful feedback or a clear plan to improve interest.<br><br>My biggest frustration was the lack of leadership. As estate agents, I expected them to advise us, adapt the marketing strategy when things clearly weren't working and take ownership of generating interest. Instead, it felt like we were left waiting for something to happen.<br><br>To make matters worse, after our contract had ended I received a phone call regarding the return of our keys, and the member of staff I spoke to was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. It left a very poor final impression and confirmed that moving to another agent was the right decision.<br><br>Every property sale is different, and I appreciate that no agent can guarantee a buyer. However, I would expect good communication, proactive marketing and professionalism throughout the process. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with White & Brooks, and I wouldn't choose to use them again.
