27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Dev throughout my house purchase. From the initial viewings, which were always relaxed and gave me plenty of time to properly take in the house, through to agreeing the sale, he’s been great to deal with.<br><br>Dev helped with the negotiations and ultimately helped me agree a price I was really happy with. Although it’s been a relatively straightforward purchase with no chain, he’s still kept on top of things throughout, regularly chasing where needed and helping to keep the process moving.<br><br>He’s always been friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with, both in person and over the phone. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but Dev has made this experience very straightforward. I’d happily recommend Dev and the team at Gascoigne Halman Knutsford for house purchases and sales.

She organised excellent photos, put videos on social media and updated the listing periodically to keep it fresh. Her feedback was excellent and prompt and she did her best to get feedback after viewings and then followed up to see if any viewing might lead to a purchase.- 8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!

Ewan’s professionalism and patience made the whole sale happen quickly and seamlessly. Both during the sale and the mission to find me alternative accommodation, Ewan demonstrated great perception and reassurance. He was, of course, part of a great team!

He sold our house in 8 days!<br><br>From the initial property valuation right through to completion, Xavier was excellent. His knowledge of the Knutsford and Cheshire property market was clear from the start, and his advice on pricing, marketing and negotiating the sale proved to be spot on.<br><br>What particularly stood out was the communication. Selling a house can be stressful, but he was proactive, responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He handled viewings and negotiations professionally, gave straightforward advice when decisions needed to be made, and worked hard to keep the sale progressing through to completion.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent in Knutsford, Hale, Altrincham, Alderley Edge, Cheshire to sell your house, I would absolutely recommend Acobas and Xavier.
