   Viewed property and was advised that it was under probate but there was a will in place so would only take 6-8 weeks and would not slow the process down, eventually reached week 24 and still no update on probate. Hunters not responsible for probate but by giving misleading information this cost us >£1000 in survey and searches. Communication was good throughout but overall disappointing result as we had to withdraw our offer as getting nowhere after waiting for months.... Read more

   Fantastic service from Wilkins<br><br>We first used Wilkins around 5 years ago when we purchased our buy-to-let property, and we then chose to have them manage the property for us ever since.<br><br>I have to give a huge shout-out to Bethany Q, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the years. She was always at the end of the phone whenever I had a question or needed any help, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>When we eventually decided to sell the property, we continued to use Wilkins, and we have dealt with a few different people within the office.
