The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and proactive. In particular, Cian Jeynes was outstanding. He worked closely with both my solicitor and mortgage broker, ensuring that communication was smooth and that the transaction progressed efficiently. His support and regular updates made the whole process much less stressful. I would happily use Paul Carr Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.

Really efficient, always giving updates, always available on phone or email and happy to respond to queries. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you so much for making our buying experience so smooth. Although we weren’t your client you really looked after us and made us feel valued.

I know Royston Lund as Mark Evans, whom I dealt with originally prior to his retirement. Royston Lund then took over the business and continued their excellent reputation, and also honoured Mark Evans original quotation. We mainly dealt with Sally but all of the team were equally attentive and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we come to sell. Thank you! Fiona and Luca

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Responsive and friendly staff with a professional demeanor. However the property I looked at yesterday was very far from satisfactory. It looked great in the advert pictures and description. So I travelled all the way from Warwick joining my son in Birmingham spending the whole day (9 hours ultimately) in the rain just to look at this travesty. Things wrong with that house. Artex ceilings, generally tasteless decor, bathroom needed redoing and the kitchen. Network installation boasted about in the advert was just a load of unfinished wires, PV solar batteries just strewn all over the garage floor. No racking, no controller. Basically the whole house needed gutting and replastering. Dodgy unfinished bare brick laundry extension. This property should've been advertised as a fixer upper at best. This is the sort of thing that gives estate agents a bad reputation
20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent
31st May 2026 (20 days ago)Hi everyone Very poor service. I would not recommend this agency. I rented a property through them and paid an advance deposit. When my payment was due to be returned, I had to send more than 20 emails and make over 100 phone calls before I finally received my money back after 6 months. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this agency. Please be very careful before dealing with them. Kind regards, Junaid Khan

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!
27th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
