We felt the initial valuation was too optimistic esp as the market was full of similar flats. We were not told that and after a few weeks with no interest, the price was reduced. Then I looked at the listing and asked them to change the photos to the ones I had supplied them which showed the flat in a much better light. Still no interest no viewings so we reduced the price again. So overall no success and I was always the one calling for feedback and to initiate change of action plan.... Read more

The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best.
