I wanted a quick sale so that my aunt could move into a care home and he achieved this, His recommendations for a solicitor and a house clearer were also very good. 22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)** Avoid like the plague **<br><br>This is honestly the worst estate agent I have ever used. If I could give no stars I would have! Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

The valuer was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and had excellent knowledge of the local area. The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best. All the viewings went smoothly, giving me plenty of notice and feedback afterwards. Everyone worked hard to get me the best price in the current market and my house sold in less than 8 weeks.

From the very beginning, the team were professional, supportive, and incredibly reassuring.<br><br>Communication was outstanding throughout. Lee kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to answer our questions, and went above and beyond to keep everything moving. We genuinely felt like he cared about getting us into our new home, rather than just completing a sale.<br><br>We can’t thank Lee enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
