I have used the Tennant find and fully managed services and have been totally satisfied with the professional and efficient service that I have received. The staff are extreamly helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they help with anything they can. I would recommend the agents due to the high level of service that I have received.
Extremely unimpressed and disappointed with the service provided as a first time buyer they made the process of buying our first home extremely stressful. No communication at all from their after sales team. Spoke to Vanessa and Steve there non of which seemed to know what they were doing. Steve contacted us on the 7th January and told us we would receive weekly updates from him that was now 7 plus weeks ago and we have heard anything since.
They sent me an email tonight to tell me we had exchanged when we actually exchanged 4 days ago as per correspondence with our solicitor.
Definitely would not recommend them to friends or family, it most certainly hasn’t been an enjoyable process dealing with them!
Great experience from the first call i made to book a viewing. The ladies in the office were very helpful in organising viewings for us and gave us advice on purchasing our first home, we have now moved and are very happy. Would come back in future, thank you for all your help.
Not happy with the service we have recieved. Mislead the buyer so they were annoyed with us, tried to force us to pay for their mistakes, very stubborn and very much feel like we are just a number or a pay packet to them. Very disappointed.
Had been to different agents before but the service I had with Bagshaws is second to non. Everything that needs to be done were even accomplishment ahead of time. Good team and everyone was willing to help. Excellent customer service esp. Leonie who is always attentive and patience. Thank you all for making it fast and easy. I definitely recommend them and nowhere else. More power!

Moving from an HMO to a single occupancy rental - the whole process was made very easy and done much quicker than I expected. Lydia was fantastic - always ready to answer questions and supplied all I needed as it was needed. The whole process was completed in two weeks. Would recommend them to help with rentals any time!
After a strong start I have unfortunately have to update my review and take back the positive points.
Communications are terrible, they are sending emails to me rather than calls when it comes to dealing with problems, to which I respond and then receive nothing further. Staff are not aware of my previous comments and so I have to repeat myself constantly, along with an incorrect contract setup (which I am now being blamed for and they're attempting to charge me for their mistakes.)
I've sold and let many properties with Renshaw Estates. The staff are great and really know the local market well. They always get good prices and are very competitive on selling fees for the service you get!
