The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

They stood out because they weren’t pushy at all — they simply provided the information and waited for me to contact them in my own time.Viewings were organised smoothly, and feedback was always passed on quickly. Communication with Kelly, Jodie, and Victoria has been excellent throughout; they’re responsive, down?to?earth, and explain everything in plain English, breaking down any jargon so you always know exactly what’s happening.<br>I had a couple of offers that didn’t work out, but the team were supportive and gave clear advice on how to move forward. During the final sale, their communication remained consistently strong — keeping me updated and answering any questions I had straight away.Such a friendly, professional, and genuinely approachable team. 20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
