If ever there was a problem with the house I was renting they sent someone out to fix the issue almost straight away. Great communication with the Landlord, no problem was too big or small. Very supportive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone wanting their rental property management safely and effectively.<br><br>Thank you so much especially to Anita for making sure we were always looked after. 4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Myself and my partner enquired about a property which was a first floor apartment. We said that we had pets, and the estate agent said they will check. When we went to view, we said again that we had pets and were then told we were not allowed pets at the property. You knew this and didn’t tell us beforehand, and respectfully we will never part with them, so you completely wasted our time. We will not be looking at properties with you again.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
