14th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.

Drove 1 and a half hour all the way from to Lincoln to Derby, only to be told that landlord forgot about the viewing and is away with the keys so property is locked. Ridiculous service. Highly unprofessional. The guy wanted to show me the lifts and communal area which is a joke!

What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free.
