Sean has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of listing the property and carrying out a number of viewings. Hannah has great in supporting with offers and providing support once an offer was accepted.<br>They both made the selling process a lot less stressful and helped in achieving a really quick sale from start to finish.<br>Thank you so much to Sean, Hannah and the sales team at Cope & Co.

Even though my property is still to sell, she always had time to discuss the situation with me in a friendly, polite and professional manner.- 7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Not sure if our experience was down to the average age of the staff at the ilkeston branch of Burchell Edwards, but feel they neither managed our (Seller) or the buyers expectations during the viewings of which we had many, but no offers. On changing agents within 7days and 3 viewings we had 2 offers!!!!! I suppose the moral of this story is choose the right agent.??????

21st Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

I found the team warm, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel comfortable from the outset. They listened to my needs, responded thoughtfully, and handled the process without unnecessary fuss. I liked the personal touch and the way they kept things simple and clear. I would happily recommend Elders Estates to others.
4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Bricks & Mortar dealt with the sale of my house and were so helpful throughout, keeping me updated and always being there if I had any questions.<br><br>After dealing with other local agents, these are definitely the best in the area. It was so refreshing not to have to constantly chase for any news and they genuinely had my best interests at heart. They were always on hand with good advice and most importantly, always honest and upfront with me.<br><br>The whole process was made so much easier thanks to them. The whole team are a credit to the business. Thank you!

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

30th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We chose Purple Bricks as they were the most responsive of 3 agents, pleasant to deal with and efficient. They were the lowest of the valuations but I believe it was priced to sell. We arranged the viewings ourselves but it was easy to do. The only gripe I have is that the person who was handling our sale changed and we weren't informed also when I phone there is sometimes a long wait. However the process on the whole has been efficient so far and we received an offer pretty quickly.

27th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
