However, on several occasions I had to contact them directly for updates on how things were proceeding, buyer feedback and much more. I believe that if you are paying for a service, I should not have to chase someone which I believe is unfair.

She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>What we appreciated most was how responsive and attentive she was. Whether it was an email or a phone call, Robbie always got back to us quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help with everything, and she dealt with things quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone selling their home, she was just brilliant and made what could have been a very stressful experience so stress free with constant communication and support.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Communication was good but sometimes I didn't hear anything after viewings and had to push for feedback or check ins. I also had to pay to exit the contract unlike with other local agents after my houses didn't sell.

I have mainly spoken with Kai, who has always been very prompt to respond (when not available, the rest of the team have stepped in to make the process seamless) and is always willing to help. When viewing properties, he was informative but allowed for looking without being overbearing. Overall very happy with the service!

He was always available to speak with us when we needed to deal with matters regarding the house.<br><br>The overall transaction was dealt with smoothly and very professionally and made selling our house a lot easier than we forecasted. 24th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business

We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!

They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.<br><br>Tom took his time providing a fair estimate for the house and giving clear evidence to support this. Thy arranged a few off market viewings for us and managed to get several other viewings as soon as it went on market.<br><br>There was good organisation for the viewings and Kristen and Ollie clearly took time to know the property inside out when showing people around.<br><br>The whole process went far smoother than expected and we're really happy with the service provided by LOFT. I can't recommend them highly enough!
