I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

Ozlem M. from B & W has been very helpful and very professional in helping viewing the properties and following-up after the viewings . 9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Avoid them, rude and unethical practices<br><br>Avoid renting here at all costs. Our move-out and tenancy experience with this agency, and specifically our property manager Christina, was defined by rude correspondence, intimidation tactics, and highly unethical financial practices.<br><br>Despite paying our rent in full, they attempted to double-charge us over at checkout. Worse, they tried to unlawfully retain a huge portion of our deposit using completely fabricated charges. They billed us a huge "redecoration fee" for standard wear-and-tear and attempted to charge us for pre-existing issues—including carpet stains, curtains and sink scratches—that were all clearly documented on our move-in inventory. Christina even deliberately went back on verbal agreements she made on-site regarding these charges on painting. She even tried to blame us for pre-existing moth infestation on carpets and other issues during our stay which was documented on our checkin report.<br><br>Fortunately, we kept meticulous records and took them to the official Tenancy Deposit Scheme dispute service, where we won our dispute and forced the return of a major portion of our deposit. They prey on tenants who don't know their rights. Protect your money and peace of mind, and rent elsewhere.

From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. Every message was answered promptly, every question was handled with patience, and it always felt as though he was selling his own property rather than ours.<br><br>What really sets Arif apart is that he goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. He not only managed the sale professionally but also shared valuable advice and recommendations throughout the process, all of which proved to be incredibly helpful. She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. We always felt kept in the loop and supported, and her friendly, reassuring approach made a real difference. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, and we really couldn’t have asked for better support.

Very knowledgeable and honest to all involved parties.<br>We originally advertised our property with Purplebricks but i soon realised it was a mistake. Once moved to Winkworth our deal went through very quickly and at the right price.<br>Definitely recommended.
