Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.
5th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)H&S has a brilliant photographer who took great pictures of our house. Over 12 weeks H&S found us 3 viewers none of which put an offer in. Taking a break & will list again in Spring.

From the start of the selling process the communication, knowledge and advice given by them was excellent. From my personal point of view the fact that my fees on a one bed flat are the same as a 4 or 5 bed large detached home seemed a little hard to take but they have, fingers crossed got the job done ??????
