Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

As a solo first time buyer the process seemed a bit daunting but Jade was a huge help from the start with arranging viewings to keeping me updated throughout the process and ongoing checks which was reassuring and even checking in after completion. 24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We recently moved into the area and Money Properties were managing the house we were buying. Getting everything through exchange was very challenging, with the onward chain (not managed by MP!) causing major delays that split our family apart for 2 months. Throughout the whole process, the Money Properties team, in particular Tracy, worked tirelessly to manage the process and get us into our home. Out of everyone we were dealing with, the MP team fought our corner harder than anyone (and we weren't even their clients!). If you're looking for an estate agent in Wymondham, and want a team that prioritises the people over the properties, use Money Properties. We were so lucky to have them involved in getting us through the last few months. Many thanks to the team - you are all legends.

They promptly came out to provide us with an honest professional valuation of our house and were quick to actively put it on the Market. Within 6 weeks we were sold! Liam was incredibly proactive throughout our entire move. He constantly chased things up to keep momentum going and kept us updated every step of the way. It was such a relief having someone who genuinely stayed ahead of the game and offered help before we even realised we needed it. At a time that can be very stressful Liam was on hand to reassure us and make the process go through more smoothly. Outstanding service, would highly recommend, Thank you Liam for helping us achieve our dream forever home
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .

It was a very complicated house purchase, and has taken months, but Jade has been incredible throughout - she was always happy to speak with us and chase people and solicitors along the chain, and gave detailed updates which meant we could fully trust in her to get us to exchange. Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? 26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)100% recommended, Great to deal with from start to finish. They listed my property very well with some great photography and videos with a great write up. They done all the background checks to make sure people who came and viewed the property were in the position to be able to purchase it if they wished to. My property was listed, not only on Rightmove, but a lot of different places that got seen by a lot people in different areas as well. I would definitely use Arlington park to sell my next property.
23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)They came across as very keen to sell the property. They were very quick to get our property on the market and a lot of properties in the area which may help. After we dropped the price they managed to get several viewings, but we had to chase for feedback and didn’t get very much information. A sale was agreed within several weeks which was great. When we received the initial lower offer, we felt somewhat pressured to accept it, but we insisted on pushing back and received a higher offer.

Also used heritage solicitors, Broadstone Legal Services, who were also brilliant. The sale went through extremely quickly which was perfect.<br>Thank you again and I still highly recommend!
