Recently rented a property for just under a year. Staff friendly, informative and very helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend renting through Sharon David Estates.
We have used Sharon David to let two properties for many years. All was well until a few years ago when rent was constantly paid to us late despite being handed over by the tenants on time. It cost us hundreds of pounds in bank charges. We were very patient but eventually moved agents. Such a shame as the rest of the staff are great. Unfortunately, Sharon lets her own business down.

Great cars at a good price. There was also a small problem with the online booking and they bent over backwards to rectify the situation. All in all great service!
I needed a car for a few weeks while waiting for a new car, the service at Carmarthen was fantastic but in the day of picking up my car they had issues with the iPads and card payments. The system was showing that they hadn’t taken my deposit even though my bank account was already showing the payment. I then had to authorise another payment of a pound so that they could take the deposit again if their were any issues with the original payment. After two weeks the car was due for return and I wanted to keep it for another two weeks. This all went smoothly and the staff were extremely helpful. On returning the car they explained that due to the card machine issues on the original booking they had to contact head office to authorise the return of my deposit and advised it could take up to five days. I then contacted them after five days saying the payment still hadn’t been received. They reassured me there was nothing to worry about and it could take up to seven days, seven day’s had gone and I rang again only to be told it could be up to ten days and they would contact head office and get back to me. Well it’s now 13 days and still no return of my £200 deposit . Rang today and the staff in Carmarthen are really helpful but the issue seems to be with grad office and they can’t do anything about it. The reply today was that the person who authorised the return deposit was at lunch and he was left an urgent message to ring the Carmarthen office as soon as he returned and they would contact me straight away . I’m still waiting for the return call and apology. The predicament is I have a booking due to start tomorrow morning for another car and I know they are going to insist on another £200 deposit so do I refuse to give them that deposit or give them another £200 .
My work involves dealing with complaints and issues and I always do my my best to resolve issues or even if I can’t at least get back to the complainant to explain why I can’t, it’s so frustrating when they promise to contact you back and then you hear nothing . Enterprise get your act together and let the local teams resolve issues that they are aware about and understand . You took my money in 3O seconds and you can’t even return what I’m owed in two weeks you are a shambles . If it wasn’t for the fact you are the only rental cpmpany close to me I would have gone somewhere else.
