12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)
14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have sold 3 properties with Cymru and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I sold my house last Wednesday and in today’s climate I was half expecting to have to sit on the market for a very long time. Thanks to listing our house all over the usual property platforms, they did a video tour and uploaded it to their social media. We found a dream buyer and from offer to completion it took 8 weeks. Over those eight weeks, I worked closely with Tina, she did our viewings and also when the time came she was always there on the other end of the phone when I needed her. She was an absolute godsend when I started panicking close to exchange but she reassured me whenever I needed reassurance. She was an absolute star, Thank you Tina x
22nd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The photographs and brochure were very good and probably contributed to a quick sale. They responded very quickly with the initial visit to discuss the sale and then a little later when I was ready to sell. I felt their communication to me on sale progress could have been a bit slicker but overall very happy with the service they offered.

26th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)We can’t praise and thank the Clee team in Carmarthen enough for their professional and considerate manner in which they dealt with the sale of our home. Starting with the initial reassuring consultation with Hazel to Eryls knowledgeable and expert home visit to assess our property and Sian’s first rate supervision of prospective buyer visits. The whole process took only 7 weeks exactly from the day it went on the market to moving out . We HIGHLY recommend CTF to anyone intending to put their property on the market.

A massive thank you to the whole team but giving the biggest thank you to David Wachowski what a guy! So helpful nothing is too much for him very professional and always reassuring. 10/10 for everything from the first call to enquire right till I had the keys.
4th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)i was very disapointed with morgan and davies no feed back and no effort beign made by them only 2 viewings in 6 monthe changed my estate agent and have had 3 viewing in 1 week plus good feed back for example they give me the name of the people who are viewing the property etc etc where as morgan and davies did not confidentiality according to them what a load of bull i would not recommend this estate agent to anyone very disapointed

They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.
