It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

5th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely excellent. The team have a huge amount of knowledge about the local area, and also a portfolio of potential buyers. They didn't just market the house, they also worked with solicitors and other parts of the chain to clear hurdles and keep things moving all the way to completion. Ask for their advice, listen to it, and you can't go wrong.
22nd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)This agency has been trying to steal our deposit, the flat we rented was given back in a very good condition and now they have got back to us with expensive invoices without first consulting us. They are now unresponsive to our email especially Heidi Ansell who has been extremely unhelpful with regards to our deposit. We will report the issue to the trading standard if we don't hear back from them soon.
23rd Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely awful! They put my children and myself under a lot of stress and stole our property, without warning or explanation and we never got the items back. They like to bully tenants and bribe them with telling them to take down reviews or they won’t give back property they have stolen. I am so glad I moved and now have nothing to do with this awful company!

13th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

19th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)You cannot get hold of anyone here - I've left voicemail messages, sent emails and used the contact us option on their website but to no avail. That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.
16th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I bought my first home in New Malden through Harrison Jacks and I couldn’t have been happier with the professional and friendly service I received. Jessica, our agent, welcomed us to our first viewing and was very informative about the property, and once we decided to put an offer, we received great support throughout the buying process. It can be very daunting going through the process but with Jessica’s help and recommendations, it was seamless. Communication was always flowing regarding any matter or paperwork, and even when we came across an issue from the developer’s side, Jessica would immediately get onto an email or phone call to get it rectified. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harrison Jacks. I’m now a home owner and I want to say a big thank you for making it happen!

We chose them to act for us as we found their advice reassuring and sensible. They were not at all flash which had put us off some other agents. Tom was a very good communicator and the contract chasing by Wendy was extremely efficient. Their valuation was realistic and they achieved the asking price which we were very satisfied with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

(52 reviews)1st Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely abysmal service. After Josh left no one cared no one paid attention to us and our issues. Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.
