James explained the current situation of the local market in detail and provided examples of comparable properties that had recently been sold or were currently being advertised. The valuation provided was clearly explained and was backed up in writing within an hour, which I really appreciated.

The initial purchase was very smooth and also the recent sale, albeit it took longer than hoped due to market conditions. On the rental side there was always good communication and follow-up - I found the team very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. I fully recommend !

From my first conversation with Chris, through to follow up with Phoebe, to check-ins with other members of the team, I have felt reassured by their calmness and professionalism. Accommodating requests to let in tradespeople, chasing up with my buyer, it has all felt so easy. And all without compromising the value of the property either. They are worth every penny of their %. Annabell was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish, and I’m very grateful for her help in making everything go so smoothly.<br><br>The whole process went really well, and we were able to secure the property around dates that worked comfortably for us. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called, and the regular updates throughout the process were a real plus. It was reassuring to always know where we stood at each stage.<br><br>I especially appreciated the personalised service. When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong.
